On Saturday, 12 September 2026, Kajak Kanu Klub Adria Ankaran will host the 33rd International Flatwater Kayak and Canoe Sprint Race »Adria 2026« at Sv. Katarina.

Competitors from different age categories, from beginners to seniors and veterans, will take part in the event. The programme will feature flatwater kayak and canoe races over distances of 200 and 500 metres, with competitors racing in singles, doubles and fours across various disciplines.

The first races will start at 8:00 a.m., with the competition continuing throughout the morning.

The international Adria regatta has a long tradition in Ankaran and once again offers an opportunity to enjoy exciting kayak and canoe racing.
