Joga for Everyone

Join us for yoga, greet the rising sun, and let nature gently embrace you.
Connect with yourself early in the morning; let your breath soften every movement. Warm up your body relaxedly, tune into your own source of energy, and set the tone for how you want to move throughout the day.  

When?
We start on the third Tuesday of July and practice every Tuesday until the end of August.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the session begins.  

What do I need?
A yoga mat (or a beach mat; non-slip is best), a large towel or two, and optionally, a water bottle.  

Who?
Practice: Everyone, including those new to yoga and those already familiar, as we perform the poses safely for all age groups.
Led by: Barbara Stan, a certified yoga teacher.  

In case of rain, workout will be canceled.
